Joaquin possesses expertise in leading growth ventures with an emphasis on innovations, emerging technology, and an intense focus on flawless operational management. A highly accomplished executive at American Express, Citigroup and BAC-Credomatic, he successfully led two start-up firms and a management consulting firm focused on international commerce and he advises companies when doing business abroad. Joaquin has extensive management experience in Costa Rica, Panama and Florida. He holds an MBA degree from Kansas State University and an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad Autonoma de Centro America. He sits on the board of several not-for-profit organizations. He is passionate about new business ventures, exercising and finds balance in his life with his five kids and wife.
